This is a clean and affordable place to relax in the heart of Chinatown. The roof terrace is especially nice for some fresh air. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building has many floors, and when I visited on a weekday at 6:30 PM, it was quite busy. Best of all, there was no attitude being thrown around.
